Terms & Conditions

Bookings

  • All bookings must be made in advance via Phone, Email, WhatsApp or Website.
  • A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued.
  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off details, flight numbers, passenger count and luggage information (hand luggage/checked in luggage).

Payments

  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept bank transfer, card payments in car, payment by link and cash (by prior agreement)
  • Late payments may incur additional charges (we issue invoice with a maximum of 7 days due date)
  • We are VAT registered so please bear in mind that prices will have an extra 20% on top.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup – no charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours – 50% of booking fee.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours – 100% of booking fee.
  • Airport transfers: flight delays are monitored using live tracking apps. No extra charge for reasonable delays.

Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups include 60 minutes free time after landing.
  • Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes free waiting time.
  • Additional waiting time is charged at £20 per 15 minutes.

Vehicle & Passenger Conduct

  • Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Cleaning/damage charges may apply.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.
  • Child seats may be available upon request.

Luggage

  • Clients must inform us of large or excess luggage.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation if luggage exceeds vehicle capacity.

Liability

  • The Company is fully licensed and insured for private hire operations in the UK.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents or events beyond our control.
  • The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse picking up drunk or drugged customers.
  • The Company reserved the right to stop the trip or refuse pickup for abusive customers.

Communication

  • To ensure a quick and timely pickup please contact the driver.
  • Drivers will be contacting Clients by message or WhatsApp.
  • For any reason the Client does not have any battery on their mobile or have not had contact with driver there may be a 10-15 minutes delay picking them up.
